Professional Lawn Service Consists of:
- Removal of debris from lawn surface
(cans, bottles, litter, sticks etc...)**
- Cutting of grass.
- Trimming around trees, poles, landscape
beds etc...
- Edging of all grass that butts up to
concrete driveways and sidewalks.
- Cleanup of all grass clippings on
concrete driveways and sidewalk areas.

Winter Service:
We have found
that monthly service is the most efficient way to keep on top of
your leaves and keep your property looking good throughout the
winter months. Leaves are mulched and removed from all lawn areas,
front curbs, front porch, driveway, rear decks and patios once per
month during the winter months. Leaves can be very time consuming
to clean, but our program maximizes efficiency while keeping a
grip on the price. For homes, this program is well adapted. If the
customer has excessive leaves or does not wish to wait until the
next monthly visit, you may request an extra visit for an
additional charge. During the final Winter Service, we also clean
the leaves from the landscape bed areas.

Compensation Disclaimer: All material is guaranteed too as
specified. All work will be completed in a workmanlike fashion
according to standard practices. Any alterations from the above
specifications involving extra cost will be executed upon written
request, and will become and extra charge over and above the
estimate. Payments will be due upon receipt unless otherwise
requested. Failure to meet payment schedule as specified can
result in the client being charged a 10% late charge for the first
thirty (30) days past due. An additional 5% late charge will
accrue for every thirty (30) days thereafter. A ninety (90) day
written notice is required to cancel this contract by either
party.
